Occupying an old lace factory, this 40,000 sq. ft. place is crammed with furniture, paintings and just about everything else. The Gallery typically has mid-level antiques. The Estate center specializes in higher level antiques. Buyers can have fun taking part in their auctions, which are held once or twice a month. Leave a silent bid or attend the auction and you may be able to purchase the item you want at a very competitive price. Remember all prices in the Gallery are negotiable, so don't just buy at the listed price. For auctions the buyers premium varies from 17.5% (if you pay in cash) to 20% for credit card purchases.
