About 40 minutes from Greenwich, this is a special occasion restaurant - impeccable food and service right on the Hudson River. As you drive through Yonkers, the city can look pretty scruffy, but the area just by the water is quite nice. Just under the Rail Road bridge is the restaurant with valet parking in front. Although most tables have river views, it wouldn't hurt to ask for a table next to the window.

Hours: Lunch, Tuesday - Friday 12 pm - 2 pm;Sunday Brunch 12pm - 2 pm; Dinner, Tuesday - Friday 5:30 pm - 10 pm, Saturday 5 pm - 10 pm, Sunday 5 pm - 9 pm.

Prices: Brunch, Price Fix $38; Dinner entrees $26-$32; Wine by the glass $9- $18.

Size: Seats 100 downstairs and about 80 upstairs. You want to be seated downstairs.
