When we asked our Jamaican friend what would make him happy on his birthday, he said "Oxtail from Top of the Hill." Finding this dish is rare. It is too rustic for most restaurants. You might also want to try the stew pea soup, jerk chicken and jerk pork. Servings with rice, beans and cabbage are generous.
