A carnivore's paradise with excellent service. This upscale chain, with 79 locations, was founded in 1978. Their business seems to be based on business expense accounts, with the average bill running $90 - $100 per person. If the menu presentation doesn't turn you into a vegetarian, you will find the steak quality as good as it gets. Forget the seafood and the sauces, this restaurant is all about the cuts and quality of their beef. Choose creamed spinach as a side and the hot chocolate cake (not the soufflés) for dessert.
