One of five featured restaurants at the Town Center. Started 10 years ago in Columbus Ohio by Cameron Mitchell, the Fish Market with its 19 locations, was sold in 2008 to the Ruth Chris chain. The interior of the restaurant, with it dark wood paneling is intended to resemble dining on a cruise ship. The fish is fresh, but the taste is uninspired.

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 11:30 am - 10 pm; Friday and Saturday until 11 pm; Sunday until 9 pm.

Prices: Lunch, Sandwiches, $10 - $15, Salads, $11 - $14, entrees, $13 - $22; Dinner entrees, $19 - $30; Wine by the glass, $7 - $17, micro brews, $5 - $10.

Size: Seats 280 - 300.
