This hidden restaurant, just off Greenwich Avenue, is worth finding. The decor with its remarkable rock-water wall, is attractive and soothing. The seafood miso soup and avocado salad are superb, as are the beef teriyaki and chicken tempura. As you might expect, the sushi and their special rolls, such as the iridescent Kira Wasabi roll, get high marks.

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 11:30 am to 10 pm; Friday until 11 pm; Saturday, noon to 11 pm; Sunday, noon to 10 pm.
