We might have expected Barbara Zaccagnini's son Doug would have a first-rate burger shop, and he does. This old fashioned shop is located just on the border of Greenwich and Port Chester on US-1, next door to Carvel. Everyone is talking about it because it is well priced and served up with a smile. When we crave a steak wedge with chili, this is where we go. On Wednesday, you can get two hot dogs for the price of one, then for dessert go next door to Carvel and get two hot fudge sundaes for the price of one.

Hours: weekdays 5 am - 6pm, Saturday 6 am - 4 pm, Sunday 7 am - 1pm. Hours may be longer during the summer.

Prices: burgers $3 - $5, steak wedge $8 - 9; chili to go $5.

Size: Seats 20 inside and about 8 outside.
