The owners of this restaurant (Marchetti-Tarantino) own the
Osteria Applausi in Old Greenwich. As you might expect, they
have perfected good service and good pasta. A fall specialty,
Pumpkin Ravioli, is totally terrific! Though the restaurant is
attractive, the tables are close so you may be rubbing shoulders
with your neighbor. Parking may be a challenge. The Columbus
Park area is a Mecca for restaurants. Ask about their summer
Young Chef's Cooking camp.
Hours: Lunch, weekdays, Noon - 2:30 pm; Dinner, Monday -
Thursday, 5 pm - 10 pm (Friday & Saturday until 11 pm.)
Prices: Lunch entrees $18 - $35, Dinner entrees $19 -
$35; Wine by the glass $9 - $20.
