Without a reservation the wait for a table in this elaborately decorated restaurant can often be 45 minutes. This chain of 133 restaurants manages to keep their large dining rooms filled with adults and children, clearly having a good time. If you have enjoyed delicacies from the different regions of China, you will discover this is not fine Chinese food, but it is not bad. It comes from that mystical Chinese region "PF Chang", where the cuisine is intended to please the American pallet. (Actually the initials stand for the founder Paul Fleming.) Enjoy it for what it is, try their orange peel chicken and lettuce wraps. This is family fare for mall shoppers. Ask for a pager, then shop until your table is ready.

Hours: Every day, 11 am - 11 pm (Friday & Saturday to midnight.) Lunch menu ends at 4 pm.
